I work via email, and can adapt to whatever tools you already use: Google Drive, Dropbox, Microsoft 365 or any platform you prefer. I won't ask you to pay for new software.

Not at all. Mother Bee Limited is also not currently VAT registered so there are no VAT complications on either side.

I work exclusively in writing via email and messaging. This ensures everything is clearly documented, nothing gets lost or misunderstood, and you have a written record of all communications at all times. I find this actually works better for both parties.

As a virtual assistant potentially supporting multiple clients simultaneously, written communication keeps everything organized, accurate and fully documented for all parties. Every instruction, update and request is recorded in writing which protects both you and me.

I have my own Microsoft 365 so there is no additional cost for standard document, spreadsheet and email work. However, for any specialist platforms such as Xero, QuickBooks, or other accounting or business management software, you will need to provide me with access under your existing account. The same applies to email platforms; if your business email is hosted on a specialist platform such as Ionos, Google Workspace or similar, you will need to provide me with secure login access. I do not purchase third party software or email platform subscriptions on behalf of clients.

I work Monday to Friday 09:00 – 16:00. I will always let you know at the start and end of each working session what has been completed. For any planned days off I will give you at least one week's notice in advance. You will never be left wondering what is happening with your tasks.

If something unexpected comes up I will message you as early as possible the same day to let you know. Any outstanding tasks will be picked up as soon as I return. Clear communication is something I take seriously you will always know where things stand.

Mother Bee Limited observes 28 days of holiday per year spread throughout the year. I always give at least two weeks’ notice of any planned time off so you are never caught off guard. The monthly fee remains the same as my overall workload and commitment is managed across the full working month.
